i think both o'brien and misawa are severely underrated yugioh gx characters and wish they had more screentime and also recognition from viewers.

i think it would have been sick if asuka had been the one to duel nightshroud!fubuki when he first showed up instead of judai getting the duel, just for the thematics of letting asuka be the one to rescue her missing brother.
and likewise, fubuki should have been the one to duel and free society of light!asuka as a reversal of that thematic. siblings helping each other out.
(and because fubuki never wins an onscreen duel despite allegedly being one of the best duelists at the school, let him have a win somewhere)
